Workplace mediation
When colleagues or departments repeatedly reach the same impasse, an outside mediator can help them discuss the disagreement and work towards their own agreement. I provide the structure and remain neutral between the participants.

When this may help
- Two colleagues cannot agree on roles or responsibilities.
- A conflict between departments keeps returning.
- A manager has tried to resolve the issue but the conversation remains stuck.
Who attends?
The people directly involved in the conflict. We first discuss who needs to attend and the role of the person commissioning the work.
How we get started
1. Send a short enquiry
Choose this service and suggest a time and format. I reply in English within 24 hours to arrange the free introduction.
2. Agree the focus
Describe the practical issue and what needs to work differently. Before the sessions, we agree who participates and what can be reported to a manager or HR sponsor.
3. Work through the situation
Participants work towards concrete responsibilities, communication agreements and next steps. An agreement depends on their voluntary participation and choices.
Professional boundaries
Mediation does not replace an employer’s investigation, legal advice or a necessary protective process. We discuss whether mediation is suitable before starting.
